Collin was born in Bugono village, Iganga district, to Moses and Janet who were both peasants. After he was orphaned he was taken by his auntie, who later approached the Dream Children’s Ministry Uganda staff for assistance since she could not manage to care for her family as well as Collin.
Collin is happy at Dream Children’s Home, where he receives the love and care that he needs.
